MADE Internship Program

The MADE 2025 Internship Program applications are still open, but not for long! This one-of-a-kind program acts as the “common app” for marketing and advertising internships, connecting students with top industry partners, including leading client-side marketers, agencies, and media companies. Through one streamlined application with the ANA Educational Foundation, accepted students gain access to prestigious internship opportunities designed to launch their careers.

PODCAST PRODUCER, Avon Historical Society, Avon, CT

A volunteer(s) will produce the historical society’s AVON TALKS podcasts about the  people, places and events in Avon’s history. The recording studio is in the Avon History Museum at 6 East Main Street, down one flight of stairs. Convenient parking. Goal is 4-6 podcasts a year. Work at your convenience. Could be team effort with two volunteers.

Use your own laptop; all other equipment is in the studio.  Software will be made available by the Society.  

Tasks: research the topic provided by the Avon Historical Society, interview the guest(s), record the session, edit the content, post on the streaming service.

Host & Coordinator, Alumni Podcast Series

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with at least two alumni per month for podcast interviews.
  • Collaborate with Prof. Dawn Ennis, Podcast Studio Supervisor, to book recording sessions and ensure all scheduling needs are met.
  • Host professional, engaging interviews incorporating pre-provided questions as well as student-developed ones.
  • Ensure episodes align with the series’ goals of highlighting alumni experiences, career advice, and personal stories.
