Our Business Administration internship provides students hands-on experience with helping run a small, but very high functioning, sports focused business. In this role they would gain experience in:
- Customer Service – Learn how to create meaningful relationships with our 1300+ customers/families of enrolled campers. We pride ourself on our hospitality standards and meeting the needs of our clients
- Human Resources – Help with the onboarding of 130+ seasonal staff members, helping ensure that we meet Federal and state regulatory requirements
- Multifaceted Logistics – Help with the day to day operations of ensuring our residential summer camp program runs smoothly. We will teach our systems, and our interns will take responsibility for them
- Finance – Get exposure to the recording and management of cash flow/spending. If the succesful intern has a personal interest, they can also get experience in retail management through our onsite camp store.
- Hands on Supervision – While applicants would be given full responsibility, they would be under the constant supervision and support of experienced industry professionals
The role/position requires students to join us in Massachusetts between May 26 and Aug 13. We provide comfortable housing and food for the duration of employment, in addition to a salary and travel stipend.
